Roger Clemens Justice is served
If these guys were resorting to hearsay they had no case.

I like to note that it is time to legalize and regulate these drugs.

1. So you want everyone to use HGH, a drug that has
extreme side effects including shrinkage?

3. "shrinkage"
was the most dire side effect you could mention? I hope you were being sarcastic.

5. They could have George Costanza do PSA's about it.
(That's one guy who's definitely sensitive to the "shrinkage" issue).

6. The side effect was supposed to be sarcastic yeah but
seriously HGH is bad, and HGH is different then just steroids which can help fight disease.

11. The outcome was bought and paid for.
Government lawyers are pretty sharp and what they did was like single a ball. In this political climate congress wanted this to disapear.

13. I think "laid down a sacrifice bunt" would actually be the appropriate baseball simile
or, even better, "got hit by a wild pitch".

14. And You Cheer It?
That's sickening. He's a liar and cheater and he did both while breaking the law.

And, you're happy about it. The drugs aren't the issue. Don't be so oblivious. This is about another rich guy thinking he's above the law. And, you agree with him. Pathetic.

15. Roger was basically an exemplar of the Bush Man
(not to be confused with these guys, of course)

He represented all the values of the Dubyanican Age-arrogance, entitlement, and the right to do anything in the name of what what the well-known sociologist Charlie Sheen described as "Winning!"

17. the state has demonized steroids
They have legitimate medical usage like helping older men with low testosterone, and both genders with bone strength.
However, the rich jocks and body builders use INSANE amounts, and they wonder why their testes shrivel up.

There is no discussion of normal physiological dosages needed for well-being. And gawd ferbid that they prescribe testosterone to women, because it is the hormone of desire for BOTH sexes. We can't have wild women roaming the streets ripping the shirts off strange men.....sarcasm alert

Doctors don't want to prescribe prednisone, also a steroid, for adrenal exhaustion, either, because they are afraid of side effects. They think it will shut down your adrenals.

That is like saying to me, "You can't take thyroid pills because it will shut down your thyroid."
Folks, my thyroid has been dead for forty six years and if I don't take those pills I will die eventually.

21. It isn't about steroid use. It is about lieing
Baseball players have to tell the truth too don't they? Does throwing a ball really really hard make one immune from the laws of our society?

22. If you can hire Rusty Hardin, it seems to.
rich jocks are rewarded greatly in comparison to their talents.

Know any world-class physicists, or doctors, for example, who are rewarded with $25 million a year, say??
