I was wondering what she would say about Obama scolding Cantor like a schoolchild at that meeting.

I never saw her say a harsh word to anyone here.
She always found a way to say something agreeable.
One time after she mentioned a song by some guitarist that I wasn't familiar with, I went on a 3-hour search of all of his records at YouTube and read his biography at wiki, and then I knew why she had mentioned him.
Her post came across to me as a bucket of karma and good will.
It was a "moment of clarity" for me.

I knew then that what we are up against today, is the same exact "evil" sort of thing that was going on in the United States in 1968.
Our whole world was being torn apart by the Republicans, and we were nearly defenseless against the machinations of the day.
All of our families had been affected by the Vietnam War then, just like our parent's families had been affected by WWII and the Korean War.

So, the military-industrial complex is like a giant, living, breathing furnace, it needs money, trillions of dollars of taxpayer money, to feed the machine to design the modern tools of death and destruction to kill more foreigners, invade more countries, and corrupt our very souls in the process.

Blondeatlast was one of the beautiful souls that posted here, and I was extremely fortunate to read what she had to say.

Brien was such a sweet guy. I was recently reading his private messages to me. Once in a while he would just write to say hi. His last message to me was from February. He was concerned because I had mentioned that during an ice storm I had fallen and hurt my shoulder. He was a lovely person and only 29 years old.
