The Repugs When Talking About This Compromise Use Raising Taxes Generically.......
like it means that taxes will go up for all Americans. They are hoping that those that aren't paying attention to the details will get upset with the President and the Dems and continue the myth as the tax and spend party. In actuality - the tax increases that are proposed and the tax loopholes that are wanting to be closed only will affect the wealthiest of Americans and the corporations. Why is it that we let the Repugs get away with that deception?

I think more people are 'getting it'. Recent polls show the majority want to return to Clinton-era income tax levels on the rich.

In my opinion we should return to Eisenhower-era levels. But Clinton-era levels is a step in the right direction.
