CNN ticker: Obama campaign working to recruit the grassroots
um, ok how?

I hate turning on the news because you get nonsense like this. There was no story behind the ticker, just a Twitter-like blurb.

Breaking News: Somewhere something happened to somebody!

Five minutes on CNN is five minutes too many.

4. They have a lot of Wall St money for paid staff this time - good thing, kinda low on volunteers.
Like hell if I'm gonna knock 4,000 doors again for that DINO.

3. CNN is fine for catastrophes - useless, otherwise.
I'll condition that by saying, the network has some decent global talent - but, vastly underutilized.

They have to dump the plastic blondes and newsreaders. Stupid, outmoded format.

9. Jessica Simpson is building billion dollar empire.
Saw that on their ticker once. That thing is so worthless.
