1. well, I wouldn't let Joy Behar babysit my kids,
so I doubt I'd let Casey Anthony babysit my kids, either.

9. No, but if I had a child, I'd probably not let 99% of the population babysit my kid
I think most people would not make great babysitters.

12. I have one...she's the only one I'll ever have.
I don't let 99% of the people I know babysit her. My Mom, my in-laws, and preschool/daycare. That's it.

13. Can't say I blame you. Most people don't feel the same love for other kids as for theirs
Which is a good reason why one has to be very cautious with babysitters.

10. Is That The Standard Now?
Someone needs to inform the Supreme Court that we have a new standard for determining guilt or innocence in this country. Throw out over 200 years of "proof beyond a reasonable doubt." We have a new standard known as the, "would you let this person babysit your children" standard.

And in response to the question, there's a LOT of people innocent of murder who I wouldn't let babysit my kids. It's a bullshit question.

11. It was a weird gothchya question. Lawyers are hired as a professional.
I don't hang out with my lawyer.. He's a great guy, but I don't know anything about his personal life and I wouldn't let him babysit my child.. I don't know him.. As well, the lawyer's children are grown. Its an odd question to ask someone and not professional.. which is probably why it came from Joy.

I doubt if Casey watched anyone's children, she would kill them.. She will be the most watched person in America.. People are waiting for her to do something to crucify her again and again and again.

I watched the trial. I've served on jury duty for 2 diff criminal cases now. The burden of proof is high. You may not like the defendant, but you can't be biased based on "gossip" being presented instead of evidence. There was no evidence. It was all circumstantial. The witnesses were not so credible. and a couple of times the evidence presented to the jury by the prosecution was called into account (dirty tricks). I would came to the same conclusion as the jury did. I've never seen a case where it went badly and the prosecution ended up with NO blame for presenting a case that was flawed. In this case Ashton said some really inapropriate things and then laughed at the close of the case. It looked really bad.
