4. Yow. Am I the only one who's creeped out |
|
by really really white slightly overweight people with happy face smiles? I don't think I'd want to discuss sex with any of them.

5. I'm even more creeped out by their *credentials* |
|
I always wondered where grads from diploma mills found employment.
Now I know.

6. Look on their "Employment" page. |
|
They use a gmail address for employment inquiries.
A sure sign of a highly professional operation.

9. i admit, i'm tempted to drop the $80 bux to get one |
|
mostly because i need anything on my resume to make me look smart. having 12 years experience, primarily in Silicon valley at a lot of high-name companies doesn't go as far as it used to. having a silly piece of paper that probably means nothing to your skills, now THAT is how you get employed. sad but true.

8. Gary Trudeau will go down as one of history's geatest satirists. Like Twain |
|
or Thoreau, or any of history's great commentators. I am honored to have share a place in our country's timeline with him.
Genius. I cannot imagine my day without him.

11. Extraordinarily apropos article in San Jose Mercury Sunday |
|
All about the visa mills that call themselves Universities but really don't have any legitimate students. I'm surprised they didn't put Doonesbury on the front page with the article it would have been a whole lot more relevant than insipid repetitions of news-bites from the article.
