was finally done and opened. The project was supposed to take 30 months and was done in under 24, so perhaps they didn't have time to write lengthy speeches and just opened the sucker.

side note: great to see you. Enjoy the "new and improved!" highway. Here in the midwest it takes about 15 months to finish most big projects.
