Not only that, they want us to pay all the repair bills. It is totalled.

Now they say that they were nowhere near the bus when it ran off the road. Barack Obama was driving. It is his responsibility. They refuse to accept any "ownership", as Mitch McConnell said.

"How about you Repubs put a little gas in the tow truck so we can get it to the shop", the President asks politely? "Maybe we can repeal the gas and oil subsidy to help pay for the repairs", the President inquires?

"Are you crazy!" the Repubs respond.

Instead they suggest that the President cut the Social Security and Medicare on the old folks and cut some of the unneeded education programs for the young. Otherwise, we will default on our debt and we won't have a bus to drive. It will be hard on everyone. Except the rich, of course.

The President cannot permit our country to not have a bus. He will have to bite the bullet. He has no other choice. The poor and the elderly will just have to suffer the consequences. Who could possibly not support the President in his decision? After all, he has to think about the entire country and not just a few loudmouth progressives trying to protect Social Security and Medicare.
