Arrgghh...........Federal judge dismisses BP oil spill fraud lawsuit.
The first lawsuit, a class action filed on behalf of US residents affected by the oil spill, contends that BP engaged in a scheme to secure profits by deceiving the public.

3. NO chance of forgetting.
I have not been to the Gulf area since the spill, I do not trust that it is safe.
All the news about how great the beaches are is coming from Pensacola and Gulf Shores chamber of commerce types.

All that is left is memories of Biloxi before the casinos moved in, before Katrina, and the whole Gulf area before BP.
That will have to do.

7. largely overlooked during the Bush years was Rove's plan to pack the judiciary
with pro-business, anti-consumer henchmen.
During Attorney gate there were clues, but a lot focus was on the State Attorneys General scandal.
