9 trillion in cuts is a bitter pill, but it comes with revenue increases and slashing the defense budget.

1. A trillion from the Pentagon?
And just WHY is this not coming from a Democrat?

I guess like only a Dem could undo the New Deal, only a Republican can slash Defense spending.

7. Well on this one point, it is.
It has been irritating to listen to all of the proposed 'cuts' yet MIC is never mentioned. I applaud him for at least throwing it out there. Lord knows no one else has.

"Pelosi, Reid and the scary black man are going to make us less safe" and all that.

The half-decent people like McCain, Collins, Snowe, Lugar, Ron Paul, Coburn, and Graham are a dying breed.

5. Norquist and Coburn are both disgusting
Coburn is the C St adultery coverup deal pimp and chief homophobe of Oklahoma, Norquist is no better.
