The employee pays 4.2% and the employer pays 6.2%. For every $1.00 a employee puts away for retirement the employer matches with a $1.50. That is a very good plan. Better than a majority of the (sucker) 401k plans by employers. So who really stands to gain with SS going bye bye? I never would've guessed.
