I heard someone who knows him say he would do poorly as he is not a very sociable person in the first place. The questioner with the black glasses is going into great detail and Repert appears to be angry now.

A few minutes ago when the questioning started, did anyone notice how Rupert used his hand on the table? He pounded his palm on the table and he also used his palm to deliver a pushing away gesture. This is what nonverbal communication experts call a "regulator." He is saying that he does not want to questioners to get too close.
