I admit it is funny (in a british sense) to see a high ranking asshole be pied, but the idea that the act of a comedian is more important than the content of Murdoch's lies is ironic.

James, in particular, did everything possible to never answer a question directly. His weasel words are a far more important story.

my first thought on hearing this? "I wonder if this could have been a plant by the Murdock camp intended to distract us and garner a little sympathy for the old fart." But nah, that's crazy talk, right? (Reminding myself to send the tin foil hat to the cleaners)
