Rupert Murdoch has already done our nation incalculable harm with his giant propaganda and lying machines. I hope something will come of this investigation. It would be a blessing for us when his lying empire bites the dust.

Rupert or FOX being found guilty of anything bad. And if they did find something, a BushCo federal judge would probably rule in favor of Rupert.

It does not say that they are investigating Fox News.
Believe me, I hope that they are investigating Fox, but that article doesn't say that they are.
I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Fox has been hacking or eavesdropping. At this point I think I'd be surprised to found out that they haven't been. But if we go around misreporting the content of news articles then no one's going to believe us when the FBI actually is investigating Fox.
