Yes, it's a Fox link, and yes, it's Hannity. But it's also Bill Maher, and others, and it's Hannity and others. I have a real mean streak when it comes to "powerful" Repugs, so I thought Maher's transcript was hilarious. The hypocrisy from Hannity et al was putrefying. But enjoy.

SEAN HANNITY, HOST: Bill Maher has officially taken his offensive shock-jock factor comedy tour once step too far. His critics are now furious over statements that the always controversial far left political commentator made recently on his HBO show, "Real Time With Bill Maher."


Now listen to the ruthless attacks that he hurls at Republicans, specifically, two GOP women, Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann.

BILL MAHER, HOST: You wrote something in the Atlantic which Sarah Palin will never read because why read an ocean?

CHRIS MATTHEWS, MSNBC NEWS COMMENTATOR: You watch Bachmann. She's got the action this time. She actually believes in what she says. She's not a fake like a lot of these other ones. She is real.

MAHER: She is not a mean girl. She is a crazy girl with mean ideas.

MAHER: Isn't it a little scary that someone who wants to be president hears God talking to her?

But routinely characterizing political disagreements as treason is not only hunky but dory on Fox.

4. The problem I see is that GOPers are belligerent

and then they decide to attack Democrats who actually are responsible--for the most part. Since Dems are far more likely to "do the right thing," the Repugs have to make up many, many lies in order to make Dems look bad.
