"Hate" is perhaps overstating the case...
but he's said that progressives are the problem, in one way or another, a lot more often than he's spoken respectfully about progressive positions on voting issues, let alone supported progressive over corporate programs.

5. Oh, for crying out loud. Progressives are a subset of the Democratic Party
not the end all and be all. All parts are needed to defeat the GOPigs.

7. he does`t "hate"....he does`t need us right now
he also knows there is no where else for progressives to go.

the question is whether or not we will work for him or put our efforts into local/state campaigns.

9. He thinks progressives are a problem.
He doesn't realize that for most of the shit he has to deal with, they're THE solution.

17. No more than the R's see the Tea Party as a problem
Any way you cut it we are a minority of the Democratic party ....... just as the radical right is a minority of the R's.

As most states have Independent or Unenrolled as the majority - the battle is for the center.

D's have to take the left for granted and R's have to assume the right is with them.

Whoever captures the middle is the winner

22. False, they are no problem to Obama at all.
Which is why he dismisses the Left. He also knows most of them are voting for him in 2012. Hell of a thing to know.
