DO you earn more than $80,000 a year? If you do, you're probably too busy having sex to read this article.

Latest research from Relationships Australia shows that the richer you are, the more likely you are to be “sexually active”.

The study found Australians in households earning more than $80,000 a year were nearly twice as likely to be having sex than those on less than $60,000.

But overall most of us seem to be having less sex than before – dropping at least 3 per cent since 2008 – and social media savvy Gen Y are proving the loneliest of them all.
