Domestic black political operations became privatized here decades ago by the US branch of the corporate fascists. Not to stipulate that there are many mad scientists and truly nutty professors here in the land of opportunity. Once smallpox was eradicated in 1977 both US/USSR reintroduced it as highly antibiotic resistant strains of "defensive" biological warfare agents. No one can make this up.
