Sorry Elizabeth, Wall Street Said No

I think Obama has abandoned any true expectation of a second term. I could be wrong.

"Obama’s refusal to take the fight to Senate Republicans by nominating Warren should be taken as the vital measure of the man. This gutless decision comes after the president populated his administration with the very people who created the financial meltdown."

2. Thank You For This Post... I Couldn't Agree MORE! Even Though For Me
I've been disappointed with him for such a VERY LONG TIME! And as each day goes by it;s just something else and now it's just piles and piles of STUFF that have made me feel so very unhappy.

Many think that those of us who feel as I do just want something to complain about. The real TRUTH is, I so WISH I didn't feel like I do. He wasn't my first choice but I did give him all the support I could. Worked hard for him, but now I feel such frustration and HOPELESSNESS!

Kind of stuck in a ditch without a shovel!!!!

3. Once again: Warren made it clear to the White House she did not want the permanent job.
And reposting flamebait bullshit and smears from a site like TruthOut with zero credibility and a record of outright lying, over and over, does not change the facts.

5. Truthout isn't reputable?
News to me.

So, you don't think that Obama just doesn't care about being re-elected? What will his platform be? Lots of stuff that was
on there before cannot be again!

If someone has a resource to post 'proving' that Warren did not want the job, I have yet to see/hear it.

4. The writer should have listened to Warren on Rachel's show.
She put the blame exactly where it goes....on the obstructionist republicans.

7. They would have opposed anyone who was nominated.
I wonder what a real President looks like.

Recced.

Obama: Problem With 'You Progressives'

(This is from TYT. I KNOW that's a trusted source here @ DU)

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/07/18/republican-opposition-to-elizabeth-warren_n_902165.html

Last summer, during a White House meeting with first-term Senate Democrats, Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont, asked Obama whether he'd nominate Warren for the role.

Obama held up a half-full glass of water and told him: "That's the problem with you progressives. You see this as half-empty."
