I just started to wonder. I always attributed her trance-like gaze to fanaticism but after hearing about the drugs that look made a lot of sense. Not a look you should see on someone running for pres.

weird glazed look she usually has, and keep on wondering what is the cause.

I want to hypothesize that she's not really all that bright, just a good study and someone keeps on feeding her the lines she needs to speak.

Sarah Palin often has a similar look, just not quite as glazed. In Palin's case, I tend to think it's that she never really got over competing in a beauty pageant, and approaches every single thing in life as if she's once again in front of the beauty pageant judges.
