3. I put a whole bunch of the blame on the medias insatiable thirst
to control the story, whatever that story may be.

The problem is we have allowed them to corrupt far too much of our lives with their first at any cost approach to what they decide is news.

7. The need to have instant "news", no, to predict that "news" rather than have accuracy
Too many people are into the "instant need to know" mindset. Used to take time to count, then people eventually found out. Then radio, then tv, now internet and faster, faster, need to know NOW BECAUSE I VOTED AND NEED TO KNOW NOW.

So, exit polling, then announce results based on "statistics" as in lies, damned lies, statistics.
