If she thinks she can justify or spin or pray her way out of this, she needs to think again. She needs to shut up for a few months and think about what it means to be a leader, think about the responsibility involved, and understand what it means to be careful for what you wish for. In other words, if she wants to remain on the podium then she needs to grow the fuck up.

This is not a movie. The Americans she disagrees with are not her enemies. The violent rhetoric isn't cute or merely folksy. Her actions do have consequences. As a leader, you don't get to choose the level of mental health of your followers. The real world doesn't work that way so if she can't accept this, then she needs to shut up and go away.
