6. Reid's Not Behind It...

He said there's not enough time to do something this large in less than two weeks and I doubt he'll fast track it unless he's forced to. I see this as the framing of future battles down the road...the budget and the next time the debt ceiling needs to be raised (probably during next year's election campaign). It's like a game of chicken...waving entitlements out there knowing there's the teabaggers who won't accept any deal that involves taxes. The clock continues to tick to default and we'll see who blinks...Reid's rejecting the Gang of Six kinda indicates he's reached his limit.
