Any published details on the Gang of Six plan?

I've heard a lot of disturbing things about the plan but I know from experience that generalized descriptions can be misleading.
Both the right and left use inflammatory phrasing such as "Home deductions eliminated" when the actual plan might eliminate deductions for a second home but keep the first home deduction intact.

I haven't found any comprehensive description of the plan on the net.

Is there one available somewhere?
