Democratic lawmakers and staffers are banding together with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), who recently found her "lady" qualities questioned by Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.).

After Wasserman Schultz criticized West on the House floor recently, West wrote an email to his colleague and called her "the most vile, unprofessional and despicable member of the US House of Representatives."

In a particularly memorable line -- one that is apparently inspiring solidarity among lawmakers -- he added that Wasserman Schultz was "not a Lady" and "shall not be afforded due respect from me!"

Rep. Bruce Braley's (D-Iowa) office made pink buttons reading, "We stand with the lady" and was distributing them to lawmakers on the Hill on Friday.

3. Ding!
Time for another victim rant from Mr. West. Bonus points for dragging racism into it.

9. Good for them for backing her while she stands up to his bullying behaviour. She scores a political
point against him, as her job requires her to do, and he attackes using 'stereotyping'(calling her something she has to reject in the hopes it will force her to change her behaviour) that psychopaths use.
