Something that keeps coming back to me and is bothersome
I think it was when Obama either first went to DC or near the time he
gave his speech at the convention, but I remember an article in the news
about the repubs wining and dining him. It seemed odd at the time
and it just keeps bothering me. Does anyone else remember that?
Is it a normal thing when a new senator comes on board, regardless
of party?

3. Do you have a link to this story?
I mean I REMEMBER hearing a story about Obama slaughtering a goat on the lawn of the White House and then conjuring up 11 ghosts to dance the night away with until the sun rose and he flew to the top of the Washington monument and crowed all morning...

I mean..I DO remember an article like that.. Trust me, I read it.

:sarcasm:

6. I remember reading that story, too.
Am not sure I want a president who hangs around with a dead goat.
Good thing you brought this up.

/sarcasm.

4. Are we against our elected members meeting with each other
across the aisles????

Should they just stab each other with sporks??

It used to be that the members of the Senate treated each other with a great deal of respect.

The GOP is currently doing what it can to kill such civility.
