2. When Norquist has managed to have over 200 members of Congress

sign a petition pledging to NEVER vote for any tax increases - EVER, it seems that there is a strong conflict of interest there. Their first responsibility is to the people, not to Grover Norquist, who has no official government position. I find that disurbing.
