21. I moved the photo jpg file by itself onto my Windows desktop so I wouldn't

lose track of it, lol. Opened it in MS Picture Manager, clicked on the toolbar Edit Pictures button, under Change Picture Size clicked on Resize. Click the custom width and height button and then drop your pixel dimensions down to where you want them. I think DU avatars are limited to 480 x 480 pixels (it says in there somewhere when you are adding an avatar).

I never knew how to do this until now, lol, it used to be much less user friendly. I am not computer-savvy but I still managed to do it. Amazing, lol.

Oh and I always work on a COPY of my pics, never altering the original save-it-forever jpg file.

Like everyone, I have been thinking of the horror Norway is living with.

About 5 years ago, My husband, youngest daughter and I had the privilege and pleasure to go to Norway to attend the wedding of an au pair who lived with her for a year about 14 years before. We spent 5 days with her extended family and attended the wedding. Norway is an incredible country.
