It would be virtually impossible to prove causation, that right wing incendiary rhetoric directly caused this shooter's actions. The true believers would deny it even if the shooter had notebooks filled with text saying he was doing Sarah Palin's bidding in "taking back" the congressional seat with his own crosshairs.

The point is, that all the stuff these people have been talking about, here is what it actually is, this is what it looks like. A 9 year old girl, old men and women, shot up dead and bleeding on the pavement.
