5. Isn't that what Paul Ryan and the Republicans

claim they are doing? I have received numerous e-mails and mailers from my Congressman Bill Johnson saying that is what the Ryan budget does. I sent him one e-mail calling him every name in the book and I received an e-mail thanking me for my support. So apparently any e-mails he receives no matter what is counted as someone supporting the Ryan plan. I also received a questionnaire about Medicare and it is worded in such a way that you have to answer supporting Ryan. That's the old NRA trick.
