 Clay Jones: A lot of Christians like to profile Muslims, ignoring all the terrorism carried out in the name of Christianity. When the news came out about the massacre in Norway, a lot of people were blaming Muslims before any real information came out. When it was revealed that a right-wing extremist Christian was to blame, well they all shut up. Apparently, one of the reasons this Christian acted out was to fight against Muslims immigrating into Norway. Irony, people. That’s called “irony”. The plain basic fact is this: People are crazy. Every group, black, white, brown, beige, and whatever religion, is going to have some crazy elements into it. http://blogs.fredericksburg.com/toontalk/2011/07/24/stereotypes-2/ |
