That's only 2.6% of the Democratic seats. Hell, even nine Republicans (3.8%) voted 'No' on that DOA bill.


ETA: In the Senate every 'Yes' vote to table the bill was Democratic and every 'No' vote was Republican. That's not especially bi-partisan, is it?
