2. why only include new policies? TARP happened again under Obama. As did the

taX Cuts and the wars. They did not have to continue.

As a matter of fact it is the continuation of Bush policies that is angering all of us so much.
i think that chart in reality would look a bit different......

military spending is 25% higher under Obama than it was under Bush, but you don't see that on this chart.
