12. The Guardian's NY correspondent just told Keith that there might be a lull in the Murdoch

phone hacking case during the summer, due to politicians being on holiday, but it will pick up steam in September. And he seemed to be pretty certain that this was going to be a BIG issue in America. He said the Justice Department is investigating, though quietly, but he seemed confident that this was going to get explosive.
