Breivik's injected his dum-dum bullets with poison to make them deadlier

snip

In his 1,500-page manifesto he wrote late last year: ‘I’ve now ordered 50ml – 99 per cent pure liquid nicotine from a Chinese online supplier.

‘3-4 drops will be injected in hollow point rifle bullets which will effectively turn it into a lethal chemical weapon.

A police source in Oslo told the Daily Mail: ‘We still have to find out whether he did use the nicotine, and toxicology tests on the victims will give us the answer.

‘But his planning appears so meticulous that we fear he may have used the chemicals in this way. We would not put anything past this man.’

2. 99%? Could be, but I highly doubt that.
36% is the highest I have ever seen out of China

(DIY electronic cigarette supplies is what it is sold for)

If 99% was available, our e-cig network would know about it. We are a tight bunch given the uncertainties of the FDA on them... It would save a BUNDLE for DIY nic-juice folks.

5. NOT -Breivik's claims he met 'mentor' in UK
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/jul/25/scotland-yard-gunman-mentor-uk
Breivik's alleged links to the UK emerged in his manifesto, which details his years of meticulous planning prior to Friday's attacks. The document was signed "Andrew Berwick" (an anglicised version of his name), written entirely in English, and datelined "London, 2011" – although security services and police say there is no further evidence at this stage to suggest it was written in the UK.

In the manuscript Breivik describes his "mentor" as an Englishman he identifies as "Richard", and says his journey into violent extremism began at a small meeting in London in 2002 where a group of like-minded extremists met to "reform" the Knights Templar Europe, a military group whose purpose was "to seize political and military control of western European countries and implement a cultural conservative political agenda".

Harpham especially comes to mind if Breivik given similar beliefs, similar connections (that of course were denied and seem not to have been pursued), and the way he prepared the shrapnel in his bomb with poison :

http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/03/mlk_day_bomb_suspect_appears_in_court.php

A second source told the Times that the bomb contained a "low explosive" surrounded by lead pellets "and a white powder that has tested to be rat poison."

After the announcement of Harpham's arrest on Wednesday, The Southern Poverty Law Center announced that its records showed Harpham was in 2004 a member of the National Alliance, a white supremacist group. The National Alliance was founded by the William Pierce, author of the race war novel "The Turner Diaries."
