...they will NOT acknowledge whats so very obvious. Or they'll try to squirm out with a "surveyors mark" explanation, or simply try to shutdown the messenger by calling them "political".

When your argument is "you're making this political", I'd say you don't have the facts on your side.

2. Let them. Every time they deny this, someone who wasn't paying attention before
is going to sit up and take notice!

15. Exactly, she is NOT presidential nor professional, imagine anyone in office with this crap on their
site. It would NEVER fly. The media used her to conjure up hate and anger and she allowed it all.

16. The media dutifully regurgitated her talking points. No one used her, she used them.

5. Within a couple hours of these horrible murders
Edited on Sun Jan-09-11 09:08 PM by Cirque du So-What
I managed to get onto FreakRepublik's website, where I saw the 'surveyor's mark' meme in full flower. I'll give the RW one thing: they've got propaganda down to a science.

8. Did you read the post that read, Robert Mueller was speaking
on CNN and not on but, 2 turds asked, 'who is Robert Mueller'. Most of them are illiterate, racist, gun nuts, or religious fanatics. Fuck'em

11. Yeah, they don't even recognize the director of the FBI
but they're all obedient little polly parrots spouting the same 'surveyor's marks' line within moments of the shootings. Fucking automatons!

7. I have faith that the majority of Americans will collectively
turn their backs on Palin and all of those like her. Perhaps even some 'sane' Republicans will pay the price for this butchery.

Remember Obama won by a large margin. People don't always have their heads up their asses. When something this big happens they stop, listen and go hmmmmmm.

12. I hope you're right
I think there are a lot of decent people in this nation and the media does them all a disservice to promote right wing hate as a viable political option.

9. You figure by Tuesday, we'll hear from Ann Coulter?
About how sick she is of hearing about the survivors of the Tucson massacre, and what a bunch of fame whores the families are? Or will she wait a full week?

10. CNN and Fox are providing the talking points
or have had talking points provided, more likely.

Clinton's Gergen was blaming liberals and telling US to tone down the rhetoric.

20. The Palin-is-a-murderer rhetoric should be toned down
She is irresponsible, stupid, and hateful, but she didn't commit murder yesterday.

23. I disagree. I consider her responsible. She effectively ordered a hit on Giffords.
She's like Charlie Manson, in drag. Gets her evil sockpuppets to do her bidding from afar so she can deny culpability.

If it can be proven that he ever once even glanced at it, I'd be 100% for arresting her.

How is this not a political question - the assassination of elected officials with clear, premeditated political motive?

The sad fact is, the cards are stacked against us. The big corporations have already won. The big corporations control the US media. The playing field is not even, not at all.
