Definition: Cut, Cap, Balance
Cut Social Security, Cap the tax rates of the rich and corporations, and Balance the entire burden of the deficit on the backs of the middle class.

2. Knowing today's republican party...
I can't imagine how it would work any differently.
Other than using code phrases like "job creators" and "entitlements", they make no bones at all about their vision for America.

3. Where do they come up with these euphemisms?
Patriot act. Climate change vs Global Warming. Weapons of Mass Destruction. Entitlements etc.
