I wrote on the calendar the last time that Thom stopped putting up with a nasty caller and raised his voice. I referred to it as Thom channeling his inner Malloy and it was great. I respect Thom and admire his desire to be respectful to guests, but sometimes I think he needs to tap into the inner Malloy a little more often. Today was one of those days. :hi:
