still defending his comments about Muslims that got him fired from NPR. Oh, perhaps he shouldn't have said "I" when he made the comments, he thinks, and instead made it a general observation, but the underlying observation about those dressed "as" Muslims do send shivers up the spine! And failing to acknowledge that just makes us succumb to PC think and stifles free speech!

The most horrible part, though, is that those PC terrorists that want to silence him (his new book is called "Muzzled," doncha know?) are really just doing it because they hate Bill O'Reilly and would necessarily object to anything Juan might say on the show.

Oh and NPR is disproportionately white (unlike Fox?) and doesn't reflect the changing demographics in the nation, so NPR is just outta step and expresses only an "acceptable to whites" perspective of minority life (this is perhaps a valid point, but Williams can hardly be said to be within the mainstream of African American political thought--remember his Michelle Obama=angry Angela Davis comments?).

1. For someone who is "muzzled"

Williams seems to be able to get his opinion out on Fox, Pacific Radio, through books, and any number of other outlets. But this is exactly what happened to John Peter Zenger, doncha know. So, who's the next overprivileged asswipe who gets to wear the victim mantle?
