Last night, when Lawrence O'D hung around to cover the Obama statement, I think I heard the tail end of "will be filling for Rachel for the week(?)"

Especially after hearing what Cenk was told by TPTB @MSNBC, it's understandable to wonder...

19. I'd still watch because there are others there who are good, but I'd

sure follow Rachel wherever she went. She's the best, in my book.

But I'm sure she hasn't been fired -- it would be BIG NEWS (and there was nothing on Google and "Maddow" is still on the MSNBC site's home page).

24. I don't mind watching some of the MSNBC roster

at times. I love the passion of some of the show hosts, even if it threatens their jobs--ED Schultz comes to mind. We have to remember something said a long time ago: We must protect our viewpoints even to the point of war or death. Some news show hosts remember that, while others, many--most--hosts at Fox, for example, run away if there is even the hint of dissent.

I doubt if anything has happened to Rachel, and I think Keith is beginning to get more ideas of potential hosts for Current.

I really don't like the documentaries on Current much. I would prefer news coverage more than them.

I think it is just a matter of her show getting bumped so that Lawrence O'donnell could stay an extra hour to comment on Obama's remarks.

although one might have thought the same about Olbermann up until the suspension for political donations.

If they fire her, it will probably come out of nowhere like with Keith and Cenk.
