Contacting Senators

It has been 22 hours since President Obama gave his speech asking the American public to contact there members of congress. As you all know the websites have been down or slow. I finally reach the "contact me" page for both of my senators and in both cases the verification word (the weird letters and number to prove you are a real person) was missing preventing the message from being sent. This is starting to seem more than a crowded internet.

2. I went ahead and called the Republican Representative and Senator

In my area. I emailed the Democratic (Blue Dog) Senator since I had already talked to his office about protecting Social Security and Medicare.

I particularly wanted the Republican'ts the hear my opinions!

3. Connie Mack, Rubio, or even Nelson?

Hopeless. I got into an email war back and forth with NESLON, supposed Democrat. If you cannot get HIS support, you think you can rationalize with Mack or Rubio?

Florida is a lost cause.
