Harry Reid & Nanacy Peolsi - Ummm, do you really expect them to do anything good?

My two cents: Harry and Nancy have been doing what they do for a long time now. Do you know what they do? Can you remember what they did?

Here's what I think they do. They provide theater when it's needed. I might be wrong about this but Harry and Nancy did jack shit for as long as I can remember. They were impotent little do-nothings throughout the whole of the Bush administration, along with the bulk of the Democrats.

Nancy said she didn't think the Bush administration did anything that could possibly merit investigation or impeachment on the View.

So these two no-go showboats are going to save Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and bring the debt limit drama to a solution that reflects Democratic values?

Uh huh, I see.

It's theater. Democrats exist to lose. Our party is in almost no way connected to us. Polls show what we want, we elect people who say they're going to do what we want and then... they do as their bosses (their REAL bosses) pay them to do.

All of this drama centering around our Democratic President, our "community organizer with Leftist ties," who has so far left a wreckage of smoldering Progressive achievements and the continuation of Bush/Republican policy behind him, is going to be played out in such a way as to turn what is a catastrophe of his own making into some kind of a victory dance.

We. Are. The. Washington. Generals.
Our. Government. Is. A. Farce.

Did we improve election integrity?
Have we made voting more accessible?

Oh, wait, now we have Citizens United!

The path we are on is clear and it is not the destination we are being told.
