Usually, for me, reading the comments at the end of an article is like worrying at a sore tooth--
it's painful and irritating but I just...can't...help...myself. All those paid-by-the-Craigslist-ad neocons and their outrageous bullshit interspersed with timid rebuttals that get flamed out by the teabagging nutcases. But the comments at the end of this article were a thing of beauty.

If this is any indication of the letters and phone messages and faxes clogging up the inboxes of Congress, there must be no joy in Mudville today.

1. says a lot doesn't it. they can try to spin it all they want. they can say the american people
want the bs they are selling but it's obvious the american people, even the ones who haven't been paying that much attention, know exactly what is going on. they know we are getting screwed again. A lot of talk about getting rid of a lot of congress.... i hope they are right.
