Just heard about people protest in DC

on Jansing's program. Didn't catch the guest's name, but he's the first I've heard mention people marching. Anybody else know details of when this will happen?

but I didn't hear the end of segment about the protest in DC.

2. He said, to paraphrase,

that normal people have been enjoying summer and are just getting back into watching what's going on, and they won't allow this assault on SS and Medicare and are going to march on DC to let the lawmakers know....etc...

He sounded as though it were a done deal, not just a conversation point.

You're right though, it was Van Jones, likable guy.

Just some groups here and there protesting - no unity or dates set...

5. I don't remember which Democratic Rep was just arrested

for CD over immigration reform. I think the teachers are on the way. Things may heat up in DC this weekend.
