A new link on the state government website directs visitors seeking information about family services to a national anti-abortion evangelical organization, and the Freedom from Religion Foundation has sent Gov. Scott Walker a letter claiming that "such religious propaganda" is a violation of the separation of church and state.

After logging onto www.wisconsingov.com and clicking on "Health and Safety" and then "Family and Consumer Services" and finally "Family Services NEW!" a visitor ends up at a website for the Care Net Pregnancy Centers, which operates 1100 centers across the country aimed at persuading women not to have abortions.

A July 14 letter sent to Gov. Scott Walker by Annie Laurie Gaylor, co-president of the FFRF, complains that "such religious propaganda has no place on a government website under health and safety."

2. WI resident here -- I HATE what has happened

to our once progressive state. This guy is SO bad news. I knew it before he got in, but he has proved to be even worse than I imagined.

Have already signed up for when recall initiatives become effective and contributed as well.

So now MY state taxes are going to support an anti-choice forced birth propaganda site?? Aargh.
