Connecting the debt ceiling dots …and… Disaster capitalism/government

1. We all know that the debt ceiling is a routine government economic housekeeping bill.

2. This has been done 90 or so times before, yes with some 'no' protest votes but it was never held hostage.

3. 1 + 2 = made up crisis

4. The Budget, made up of spending, cuts, and tax increases, is first presented by the President and then negotiated in the House and the Senate as a matter of normal Congressional activities that are never ties to the debt ceiling.

5. 3 + 4 = really made up crisis.

6. The President said they have no plans to invoke the 14th Amendment.

7. The rating agencies (Moody's) is stating that it will 'downgrade' America's Bond/Treasuries ratings UNLESS there is spending cuts.

8. 5 + 6 + 7 For the first time, the rating agencies mandate a spending cut thus giving a false mandate to install cuts Right Now. The end game - they have it out to steal the very last dollar you and I have.


This is a very, very, dark and ruthless plan, enabled by all Republicans, blink blink the president, and most Democrats.

And they seem to be getting away with it because 1) we let them, and 2) we are incapable of connecting all the dots...

This is what happens when voters become cynical and apathetic. These asshats got in office because a bunch of racist screwball voters got motivated and got rid of the Democrats in congress that represented their districts.

Unfortunately the GOP candidates that they voted into office weren't just playing up to the bat shit cray ideology of their voters, they really are bat shit crazy and now we are all paying for it including the GOP, and I doubt that wall street or corporate america is very happy either.
