I am sure Obama would love to pass the exact legislation he wants too without congressional approval...one problem with that is - the US Constitution says that any bill has to pass both houses of congress and only then can the president sign or veto the bill...ye, it's in the document. Obama is not a king or god and has to work with congress, including repubs, to get anything done. I think many liberals either have no idea of this or forget....hmmmm....
