I'm sure that the teabaggers in Congress understand that fact. The National Debt is really the worst thing in the world to these people. Their whole Punt, Pass and Kick scheme is supposed to be about paying the National Debt off, they say. Even after it was killed TWICE, they're still farting it out of their asses.

Then why the fuck would the allow a default to happen if a default would cause the interest rate on the National Debt to go through the fucking roof?

He'll pay the debt first,meaning there won't be enough to pay SS, vets, etc. Of course, they don't give a rat's ass about that. Just more of their compassionate conservatism.
