Record rains in Dubuque, IA, area and flashflooding. Evacuation of
parts of Dubuque is occurring now. They received over 10 inches of rain during the night, almost doubling the historical record for heavy rainfall there. Iowa now has flooding on two borders.

8. yeah, la nina. or el nino. but not a hike in global energy that will finally overwhelm
the natural mechanisms that used to take care of natural fluctuations from sunspots and volcanoes, etc...
