Poll question: Why does Dick Cheney have that sneer?

My answer today (Jul-28-11): So's he can teach the young pups how it's done!

When Carney moves into lecture mode and scolds that “we all need to come together” as his lips form a slight sneer, he seems to be about as deep and rich with experience as a blank sheet of paper.

He draws out the vowels in a style that is part southern, part smarty-pants. Had young Cantor spoken like this at his prep school in Richmond, the bigger boys may well have wiped that sneer off his face.

One can safely assume that Cantor received daily wedgies for being such an insufferable little prick.
